Registration Rates:

Member (Regular): $1,325
Member - Emerging Leaders (Regular): $1,225
Non-Member (Regular): $1,550
Partner/Guest: $750
Wednesday Night Banquet Only $250

MAPPS Cancellation Policy:
Up to and including 30 days prior to the conference, a full refund will be issued.
Between 8-29 days prior to the conference, a 50% refund will be issued.
7 days prior to the conference, no refund will be issued, but MAPPS will change the name on a registration for a colleague to attend in your place.

MAPPS Hotel Room Block: Chateaux Deer Valley

MAPPS room block rate is $239/night

The hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation made. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancelation at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.

It is fairly easy to get a taxi or Uber/Lyft from the Salt Lake City airport, but not always easy to secure return transportation. Below are recommendations for airport transportation:

Transportation to and from Utah Olympic Park will be provided, along with a Gold Pass valid from 2:00-5:30pm.
